Welcome to Herm's web site!
Welcome to my web site. Thank you for taking the time to check out Edina Realty and a special thank you for viewing my site.
Just a little information about myself. I am retired from a very interesting and rewarding Law Enforcement career that spanned 29 1/2 years and three Law Enforcement agencies. I spent 1 1/2 years in Marshall, Mn. as a patrol officer followed by 15 1/2 years with Rochester Police Dept. serving in the patrol and investigative divisions. My last 12 1/2 years was with Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (MNBCA).
My wife, Cheryl, and I built a home on Diamond Lake in 2002. Cheryl works at Rice Hospital as a pharmacist. We have two grown children that live and work in the Mpls/St. Paul area. Our son Ryan is in the mortgage business and our daughter Lori is employed as a supervisor with REM homes.
Our family has owned lake property in Kandiyohi County since 1988. When we dicided to relocate to the lake country permanently this area was an obvious choice. Kandiyohi County and the Willmar area is truly the area "WHERE THE LAKES BEGIN".
I have always been involved in a profession where one needs to be a self starter and willingly to work with people in all situations. I feel the Real Estate profession is no different.
I would enjoy the chance to be of assistance to you and your friends/family in all of your real estate needs!
Please check out my listings and you will see that I am involved in a variety of properties. Give me a call or an email I would enjoy working with you.
